"You might ask….”Who in their right mind is excited about doing Kegals?”! Well, let me tell you- I AM and I will tell you why…..For the first time in 5 years I CAN do them! Thanks to the CARING, WONDERFUL and SUPER skilled Dr. Aguirre! My story really begins with the birth of my first baby ( 5 years ago). The birth was complicated and he was pulled out with forceps – yes ouch- I will leave the rest to your imagination ( trust me you don’t want the details). At the time of his birth I lost all muscle tone in my vagina and I ripped my vaginal region from front to back. I had no idea this type of emotional and physical injury could be repaired.  I suffered all these years-my self-esteem was gone!  I finally admitted my concerns to my husband and I am ever so grateful to him for finding Dr. Aguirre. Thanks to Dr. Aguirre and his WONDERFUL team- I am a woman again!
My case was complicated but nothing is too complicated for Dr. Aguirre and staff. I had some prolapse/Urogynecologial procedures and vaginoplasty (for looseness and aesthetic vaginal concerns). I also had a much needed hysterectomy to eliminate future problems that were on the horizon ( also detected after a thorough examination by the very skilled and super wonderful Shawna Stephan). I also decided life is too short not to treat myself and I had Aesthetic Body Contouring!  I am 5 weeks post op with my first surgery ( went back to work the next week!-piece of cake ) and I am now about a week out from my contouring procedure!  I feel great and I cannot wait until all my healing is complete.
