Dermal fillers are injections used to reduce the effects of aging by filling in wrinkles. ASC offers three different types of dermal fillers: Juvederm®, Restylane® and Perlane®. The ASC aesthetic team will evaluate your skin to determine which dermal filler is appropriate for you depending on the severity of your wrinkles.
Juvederm®, Restylane® and Perlane® all consist of hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in your skin. Hyaluronic acid helps provide your skin with fullness, elasticity and hydration. It is natural for your skin to lose volume over time, causing wrinkles and folds to appear.
Juvederm®, Restylane® and Perlane® will leave you looking natural, fresh and years younger. So, unless you want the world to know about these three amazing dermal fillers, no one will be able to tell it’s not natural. Dermal fillers do not require skin testing and typically last between six and 12 months. Following the injection, there could be several days of mild swelling, but more serious side effects are rare.
