Laser Treatments
The ASC aesthetic team performs two different laser treatments: MicroLaserPeel™ and ProFractional™. MicroLaserPeel™ is a total ablative procedure, meaning that it is 100 percent effective in removing the outermost layers of skin, making it more effective than microdermabrasion or chemical peels. MicroLaserPeel™ requires three to five days of recovery time.
A ProFractional™ treatment is a partial ablative procedure that uses laser energy to treat certain areas of the skin. The treated areas stimulate collagen production and the untreated areas trigger the body’s natural healing process. This procedure is quick and only takes one to three days for a full recovery. ProFractional™ treatments usually need to be performed four times for desired results.
The ASC aesthetic team almost always performs MicroLaserPeel™ and ProFractional™ treatments together. By doing so, we are able to minimize our client’s recovery time to three to five days, depending on the depth of the treatment, following the procedure each time and increase the results.

DiamondTome™ Microdermabrasion
DiamondTome™ microdermabrasion is a technique that exfoliates the top layer of skin with a small buffering instrument that contains natural diamond chips, while removing dead skin cells. The remaining skin will have a much smoother texture, which will result in the growth of healthy new skin cells.
As a non-invasive procedure, DiamondTome™ requires no recovery time after treatment and can even been done during your lunch hour. DiamondTome™ is painless and effective. Although you will notice smoother, glowing skin after your first treatment, it is recommended you receive multiple treatments to achieve optimum results and to maintain the results from the laser treatments.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels have been used for decades to revitalize and resurface skin. This is a safe way to remove a very thin layer from the top of your skin. Removal of these damaged cells will stimulate cell division, resulting in collagen build-up and growth of healthier new cells.
Chemical peels decrease acne, diminish fine lines and even out discoloration. They leave the skin feeling smoother and softer and increase moisture retention. Other conditions treatable by chemical peels include wrinkles, age spots and sun damage.
A variety of peeling agents and formulations are used to treat problem areas such as faces, hands, neck, back, shoulders and legs. The most consistent and most commonly used agents are alphahydroxy acids (AHAs), tricholoacetic acid (TCA), beta-hydroxy and glycolic. Chemical peels will leave your skin glowing, healthier and more youthful.
Chemical peels may cause your skin to appear red and experience itching and peeling after three days. Recovery time from chemical peels is usually seven to ten days, depending on the depth of the peel. Usually by the third day, make-up is easily applied.
Dermaplane
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliating procedure used to remove dead skin cells and facial hair. A surgical blade is used to abrade away the dead skin cells, allowing the smooth and undamaged skin underneath to become visible. The tool will also remove all traces of facial hair in the treated areas.
Dermaplaning is usually performed in conjunction with DiamondTome™ microdermabrasion or chemical peels.
