“At the age of 35, the birth of my first child left me with severe urinary incontinence which changed my life forever. I could no longer do all of the things that were so important to me. The simplest tasks became difficult and my self esteem and quality of life rapidly declined. At such a young age, I found it difficult to talk to people (even close friends) about the problems I was experiencing. I felt humiliated and depressed. Women who are experiencing incontinence need to know they do not have to live with it and there is help. Dr. Aguirre has helped me get my life back. He gave me a Medtronic Interstim Implant for the urge incontinence and put a sling under my bladder for the stress incontinence. I am now almost completely continent and my self esteem and quality of life have been restored. Dr. Aguirre is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. He is very easy to talk with and always makes me feel comfortable. His staff is extremely dedicated and professional. Now that my incontinence is under control, I am looking forward to Dr. Aguirre repairing the visible changes in my body from pregnancy and childbirth that cannot be corrected with exercise and diet. I am excited to start a new journey to get my pre-pregnancy figure back with the new body sculpting procedures that Dr. Aguirre and I have discussed. I can make no higher recommendation of a physician and his staff.” – DeAnne Redder, occupational therapist & rehab consultant, Fort Collins, CO
