48 yo female from Ft. Collins, Colorado found renowned Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through internet research for stress incontinence and vaginal rejuvenation. She presented to the office with a 16 year history of incontinence and over one year history of sexual dissatisfaction described as “gradually getting worse.” After discussing all options, she proceeded with recommended surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office aesthetic vaginal surgery consisting of Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy Lift as well as FemiLift (a non-surgical Laser Vaginal Tightening procedure to address the issue of vaginal looseness). One week later, at an out-patient surgery center, her incontinence issue was address by the placement of an I-Stop Suburethral Sling. She returned to the office for routine postop visits, very happy with her outcome and ready to resume having sex with her husband.
