24 yo female who works in Atlanta, Georgia and lives in Littleton, Colorado was referred to Urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre by a local OBGYN. She describes a greater than 10 year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva as well as discomfort when wearing form-fitting clothing. After consulting with Dr. Aguirre and relaying her expectations, Dr. Aguirre suggested an in-office Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora to drastically reduce the size of the Labia bilaterally, Clitoral Hood Reduction and Excision of Excess Perineal Skin. After consulting further with her family, she decided to move forward with the procedures as recommended.
