33 yo mother of two from Fountain, Colorado with a greater than 20 year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, was self-referred to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search on Labiaplasty. She comes in stating she “would like a Labiaplasty”. Since she was a child she has been bothered by the size of her labia. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed significant bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation. She was also found to have excess perineal skin which is not bothersome to her. All surgical and non-surgical options were discussed in detail with her. She decided to schedule and move forward with Dr. Aguirre performing definitive surgical therapy in the form of an in-office Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and Partial Excision of left Redundant Lateral Prepuce. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop appointments, very pleased with her results.
