41 yo mother of four from Wyoming referred by her local physician to Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado, with a four-year history of urinary tract infection. Her relevant history is that of numerous issues arising following her hysterectomy four years ago. She is bothered by both stress and urge associated urine loss. She describes urinary frequency and a sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. Upon further questioning, she is bothered by decreased vaginal sensation and a need to work much harder for orgasms than before. Patient returned to the office for further diagnostic testing and after reviewing her surgical and nonsurgical options, she decided to move forward with definitive surgical therapy. Dr. Aguirre performed in an out-patient surgical setting, Rectocele Repair, Midurethral I-Stop sling and a Vaginoplasty.
