43 yo nurse from Highlands Ranch, Colorado found renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, specializing in Intimate Aesthetics, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through word of mouth. She initiated a consultation due to a long history of vulva pain with exercise and aesthetic concerns regarding her vulva. She has been on Testosterone pellets which resulted in clitoral hypertrophy which is the main source of her having what she describes as a “penis down there.” Dr. Aguirre informed her that surgery would only address the excess skin. She wished to improve the aesthetic appearance and function of her vulva and proceeded with surgery. Dr. Aguirre performed a Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and a Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy which was able to be accomplished during an in-office surgical setting. All issues of concern were addressed and the patient was very pleased with the outcome.
