34 yo mother of two from Colorado Springs, Colorado located the office of master cosmetic surgeon and renowned Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado through a Real-Self search on Labiaplasty. She has a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva which has worsened with aging. She is bothered by her large labia and is self-conscious about wearing form-fitting clothing due to the size of her mons and has intimacy issues because of it. Upon further questioning she has also been bothered by vaginal looseness and urinary incontinence since her first vaginal delivery. Pelvic examination performed with a chaperone present is significant for a large pubic mons and majora. There is redundant lateral prepuce with hyperpigmentation as well as long labia minora. She has urethral hypermobility present as well as a stage II Rectocele. All findings, along with all surgical and nonsurgical options were discussed in detail.  She proceeded with scheduling surgery once her work load with allow for time away.  Dr. Aguirre performed in an out-patient surgical setting, Vaginoplasty with Perineoplasty, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections to incision sites. Postoperatively she returned to the office for her regularly scheduled appointments very happy with her results.
