43 y/o woman from Denver, CO found Dr. Oscar Aguirre double board-certified urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon through an internet search. Appreciating the “natural look” of his postoperative photos, she came in complaining of discomfort with form-fitting clothing. During examination she was found to have had bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation, excessive perineal skin and Large ptotic prepuce. After discussing her options with Dr. Aguirre, she decided to proceed with an In-office Clitoral Hood Reduction with Lift, Platelet Rich plasma, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty, and excision of excess perineal skin.
