37 yo mother of two from Fort Collins, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado, from an internet search. She has experienced significant pain and discomfort due to her enlarging labia minora. The friction and pulling associated with several physical activities have led to fissures and discomfort. She was examined by her local GYN who recommended a Labiaplasty. Pelvic examination performed by Dr. Aguirre and patient observing with a handheld mirror, reveals very complex bilateral labial hypertrophy of the labia minora as well as redundant left lateral prepuce and excess prepuce, centrally with ptosis certainly explaining the discomfort she has with exercise and clothing. There is also excess perineal skin and 2 anal skin tags.  All history and findings were discussed in detail with patient along with recommendation for an in-office Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, Clitoropexy with PRP to surgical site, Excision of Excess Perineal Skin and Excision of Anal Skin Tags. After discussing the procedure with her husband, they decided to move forward with Dr. Aguirre performing all recommended procedures, and scheduled accordingly. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop appointments with excellent results.
