53 yo mother of two from Ft. Collins, Colorado self-referred to nationally renowned Urogynecologist and leading cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Oscar Aguirre for interests in Aesthetic Body Contouring. She has been a patient of Dr. Aguirre’s for incontinence issues and has a long history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her abdomen and lower back. She is concerned with the “muffin-top” that she developed after weight loss and is unable to get rid of, even with exercise. Dr. Aguirre proposed she undergo, in an out-patient surgery setting, Liposuction of the Upper and Lower Abdomen, Mons, Hips, Lower Back and a Mini Tummy Tuck to address the excess abdominal skin. She proceeded with surgery as recommended and returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop exams “very pleased” with her results.
