47 y/o woman from Highlands Ranch, Colorado located the office of master cosmetic surgeon and renowned Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado through a Google search of Labiaplasty. She has a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. Pelvic examination performed with a chaperone present and patient observing with a hand-held mirror, reveals bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation as well as large ptotic prepuce. All findings, along with all surgical and nonsurgical options were discussed in detail and she decided to proceed with surgery as soon as the schedule would allow. Dr. Aguirre performed in an in-office surgical setting, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections to incision sites. She returned to the office for regularly scheduled postop appointments stating she was “very happy with her results.”
