29 yo woman from Wheat Ridge, Colorado located nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Englewood, Colorado, through an internet search for Clitoropexy and Labiaplasty. She has a lifelong history of being unhappy with the appearance of her vagina as well as having discomfort while wearing underwear and during intercourse, due to the size of her Labia Minora. She is also unable to relax while being intimate due to being self-conscious regarding her unsightly labia. She is able to orgasm very well with masturbation but has difficulties with a partner. After performing a thorough pelvic examination, all surgical and non-surgical options were discussed with the patient. She decided to proceed with the recommended procedures.
