50 y/o woman from Denver, Colorado found Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre, double-board certified Urogynecologist and Cosmetic Surgeon through a google search. She had complaints of chafing and discomfort while wearing a bathing suit and doing certain activities. After her exam with Dr. Aguirre she was found to be an excellent candidate for a clitoral hood reduction with clitoropexy, laser reduction labiaplasty and excision of excess perineal skin with a platelet rich plasma inlay of her incisions.
