26 yo woman from Denver, Colorado located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar A. Aguirre through an internet search on RealSelf, for Labiaplasty. She has a several year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva. She is bothered by the protrusion of her inner labia beyond her outer labia for both aesthetic and comfort reasons. She states that the longer labia cause uncomfortable rubbing when wearing certain clothing. During her pelvic examination Dr. Aguirre found her to have significant bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation as well as redundant lateral prepuce bilaterally with mild ptosis and an anal skin tag. After discussing all surgical and nonsurgical options with the patient, she decided to proceed with definitive surgical therapy. Dr. Aguirre performed in an in-office surgical setting, Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with Clitoropexy and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injection to the surgical wounds. At 11 months post-op there was labial asymmetry that was bothersome to her and to Dr. Aguirre so she elected to proceed with a Labia Minora revision. The post op photos in this gallery are 6 weeks following her revision Labiaplasty, and 11 months following her original surgery.  Dr. Aguirre honored his revision policy with no additional surgeon’s fees to make her transformation perfect.
