27 yo woman from Denver, Colorado with a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva, located the office of nationally renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre from Englewood, Colorado through on internet search for Cosmetic Gynecology-Labiaplasty. Since going through puberty she has been bothered by the aesthetic appearance of her vulva and also the discomfort associated with wearing formfitting clothing or with exercise. She is also stating that she is extremely self-conscious during sex. Dr. Aguirre preformed a thorough examination and found her to have large and dark labia, large ptotic hood and excess perineal skin. After consulting on all surgical and non-surgical options she proceeded with scheduling the in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery that was recommended.
