38 yo mother of two from Parker, Colorado found renowned Urogynecologist and master cosmetic surgeon, specializing in Intimate Aesthetics, Dr. Oscar Aguirre through an internet search. She presented for aesthetic body contouring consultation during which time she expressed her concerns regarding her large labia. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral labia hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and redundant lateral prepuce bilaterally. Aesthetic body contouring assessment was also performed. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options she desired to proceed with definitive surgical therapy. At the request of the patient, Dr. Aguirre first proceeded with in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery consisting of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction and injections of PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical wounds. Several weeks later she returned to the office to complete her Real Mommy Makeover where Dr. Aguirre performed Vaser Liposculpture of the upper and lower Abdomen, Flanks and Mons Pubis under tumescent anesthesia.
