39 y/o woman from Pleasant Grove, UT came to double-board certified urogynecologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre with complaints of loss of sensation and abnormal bleeding after three vaginal deliveries. With a hand-held mirror Dr. Aguirre explained her muscle tearing, difficulty with bowel movements, lack of sensation and difficulty with orgasm. She decided to proceed with an endometrial ablation, rectocele repair and vaginoplasty and excision of anal tag.
